the Staff proved VERY accommodating. early arrival allowed luggage storage. the location offered MANY nearby eateries.
i did find THE beds rather hard. this made restful sleep more difficult to achieve. no hand soap was provide in the toilet.

The check-in process was straightforward. I found my room very clean upon arrival. The bus stop is conveniently located just a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). This made getting around the area quite easy. The staff demonstrated patience and were very helpful with my questions.
The room size felt a bit small. There was limited space for luggage.

The bathroom was quite noisy. i could hear everything happening in the bathroom next door and whenever someone flushed a toilet nearby, the drain in my bathroom bubbled loudly. also, the pillows were too high. I couldn't get comfortable at all
